About me
Passionate About Agile and Software Delivery
With a career deeply rooted in software development and delivery, I bring a wealth of experience to Agile ways of working. My journey began in software development, creating bespoke web applications to streamline business operations across diverse sectors, including Construction, Finance, Retail, Automotive, and Energy & Utilities. These early roles allowed me to work closely with teams, crafting solutions that made everyday tasks easier and more efficient.
As my career progressed, I transitioned into leadership roles such as Team Leader, Senior Scrum Master, and Agile Delivery Manager. My Agile journey started in 2010, when I first adopted Scrum and introduced its collaborative, team-focused approach to the workplace. This transformative experience inspired me to explore how Agile could bridge silos across organisations, leading me to embrace the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Becoming a SAFe Certified Practice Consultant was a pivotal step, cementing my belief in the power of Lean-Agile principles to connect strategy with execution. For over 8 years, I’ve focused on helping organisations embrace business agility, tailoring roadmaps for transformation while supporting teams and individuals throughout the journey.
My approach is empathetic and hands-on, combining mentorship, facilitation, and practical guidance to help teams organise, execute, and deliver value effectively. I’m passionate about enabling organisations and individuals to thrive by embracing change and unlocking their full potential through Agile principles.
